About The Dorms Shipment Collection

Dear Students,
 
Please be advised that, starting from April 9, 2018, you will receive a delivery notice via email from kargoyurt@ozyegin.edu.tr to notify you about the shipments received by the University on behalf of you.  Should you receive a delivery notice, you may collect your shipment from the Cargo Office in Dorm 3 during the shipment collection dates and times below by presenting your ID card.
 
SHIPMENT COLLECTION DATES AND TIMES
 Weekdays    11:00-13:00
                         17:00-19:00
 
Please also be informed that shipments can no longer be collected on weekends.
 
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
We would like to kindly remind you that Accommodation Services Management will not be held responsible for uncollected shipments and any packages which are not collected within 15 days from the date of delivery notice will be disposed of.
