ÖzÜ Campus Orienteering Competition is Starting

Are you ready to conquer time with Özü Campus Orienteering Competition where running and map reading skills will be prominent?

In this enjoyable competition where you will try to find the designated targets within the campus in the correct order and in the shortest time, you will demonstrate your talents and shed sweat for the medal!

Starting Point: Özü Sports Center pre-

Race Number Distribution: April 29, Tuesday, at 18:00 on the ground floor of the Sports Center

Competition Rules:

The competition is open only to Özyeğin University students. Participation is individual; there is no team category. Participants must find the designated targets on the map in the correct order and in the shortest time. A punch will be available at each target; this punch will be used to mark the relevant box under the map. Participants not adhering to the sequence will be disqualified. Participants missing punches will not be included in the ranking. Incorrectly marked punches can be marked above the box or in an empty space on the map. The top 3 in the women's and men's categories will be rewarded with medals. Successful students will be included in the university orienteering team candidate list. Athletes are obliged to be at the starting point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. The time of athletes arriving late to the predetermined departure time will be calculated according to the official departure time. Each participant will be given a unique race number, distributed on the competition day at 18:00.
