2016-2017 Commencement Ceremony Kick-Off Meeting

Dear Graduation Candidates,   Our first preparatory meeting for the 2016-2017 Commencement Ceremony, which will take place on June 17, 2017, will be led by our rector and held on April 3, 2017 in AB3 - 150 between 10:30 - 12:30.

The “kick-off” meeting will be held in two sessions:   

The following candidates are invited:

• Fall 2016-2017 graduates and alumni who did not attend the Spring 2016 Commencement Ceremony
• Spring 2016-2017 expected undergraduate and graduate students
• Summer 2016-2017 expected graduates, (who have only 18 credits remaining regardless of their course registration status)

Please note that you will receive critical information about the commencement ceremony at this meeting and that your attendance is important.   We look forward to your participation in this important kick-off meeting.
