Assoc. Prof. Alessandro Camiz Participate Istanbul Reggio Calabria Dakar Seminar
On Thursday 16th May, starting at 3.00 pm in Room A3 of the Architecture complex Università degli Studi Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria, the ISTANBUL-REGGIO CALABRIA-DAKAR seminar will include the illustration of recent activities carried out in the foreign missions of dArTe professors involved in the implementation of international exchanges.
The Assoc. prof. Alessandro Camiz, of the department of Architecture of the Özyeğin University of Istanbul, will illustrate the results of the International Urban Design Workshop 2019 URBAN FAÇADE of Galata Istanbul, held from March 23 to 30 at the Özyeğin University of Istanbul-Turkey. The intensive design laboratory saw the participation of students of the dArTe accompanied and followed in the project activities by professors Giuseppe Arcidiacono, Alberto De Capua and Antonello Russo.
Will follow the intervention of Giuseppe Arcidiacono who will illustrate the project activities carried out in Turkey and the intervention of Sebastiano Nucifora and Alessandro Villari who will report on the recent study mission in Senegal, held from 19 March to 4 April 2019, with the students enrolled in the "Atelier of Architecture Theses for Developing Countries".
Both activities were fruitful to establish cultural relations and scientific exchanges for the organization of a Summer School in Reggio Calabria in July 2019 whose contents will be announced during the day.
